Becoming a subject leader for the first time can be exciting but also daunting. This non-subject specific online course will take you through the basics of leading and managing a subject in the primary school.
We will explore a range of practical ways for you to assess the current position of your subject and plan effectively to move this forward. Throughout the session we will consider balancing the demands of subject leadership with the responsibility of being a class teacher.
